"The Bay is Blue" colored lithograph by Harold E Keeler (1905 - 1968). It is pencil-signed lower right and retains the original price tag from the Davidson Galleries in Seattle. It shows a view of a city with tall buildings and blue water in the background. Harold Keller had a varied and successful career in the art world. His works are held by many international institutions including the Library of Congress, the National Gallery of Art, and the Seattle Art Museum.
