I have a set of Harvey Probber chairs from the early 1950s. However, they don't match
as a pair so I decided to sell them individually. The other has a tall back. Stylistically I
really like the design. The legs flare out on a diagonal. I redid the chair in a faux shearling boucle. Boucle means curly. So let me speak about the construction. The legs
are chestnut. Along with coiled springs held in check with burlap straps. Telltale signs of the early 1950s. Recently redone and ready for your home. There are no tags remaining on this chair.
