This wonderful miniature figurine is made out of porcelain. This lovely piece is stamped as being made by Royal Doulton in England with the item number 364, see pictures, and the stamp indicates this piece was made in the early 1900s. This figurine is a part of Royal Doulton's Charles Dickens Characters Collection, and this piece is a depiction of the character Tony Weller from The Pickwick Papers. Tony Weller is depicted here with a black hat, green coat, purple vest, and yellow polka dot scarf.
