It Would … Read more This is a Great Looking Authentic Antique Early American Stoneware Oyster Crock - Jar. Circa Mid 19th Century. It Would Appear to be an Approx. 2 Quart Size. It is Embossed - Signed by the Well Documented and Much Sought After Maker COWDEN & WILCOX of Harrisburg Pennsylvania. It has a Classic Salt Glaze Exterior and the Interior Glaze is done in a Coffee Brown Color. It is in Excellent All Original Condition and it Displays Beautifully. It has No Damage - No Cracks - No Repairs. It would be Great in Country Primitive Style Kitchen to Store and Display Wooden Spoons - Utensils - Dried Flowers Etc.
It Measures Overall Approx. 9 3/4 inches Tall x 5 1/4 inches Wide - Long.
