Produced in Denmark circa the late 1950s, this sculptural lounge chair exemplifies the clean lines and functional elegance of mid-century Scandinavian design.

The chair features a solid oak frame that has been cleaned and refreshed, paired with newly upholstered sling seat and back cushions in a subtle striped textile that complements the warm tone of the wood. True to classic safari chair construction, the frame is designed to be easily disassembled, with interlocking joinery allowing the piece to break down for transport. The chair retains its original maker’s tag.
