The structure is in red lacquered metal and the circular base in black lacquered metal. The upper part, in black plastic material, has six larger arms and six smaller ones with a small dig. Produced by Elco and designed by De Pas, D'Urbino and Lomazzi in 1980s. Logo is on the top part. Good condition, it has some lacks of color on the metal and some marks on the plastic.
