Unusual and rare pair of vintage Vargiacaki Brothers Minoan style vases, handmade on the island of Crete, circa 1970s, featuring ram's head and double-axe Labrys motifs, important symbols in Minoan culture. Beautifully made, fine glazing looks and feels like glass on these ceramic vessels.
Suitable for use as vases or as large oil and vinegar cruets. Interesting pair.
