Black pottery vase by Louise Bigmeat Maney born (1932-2001). Louise was a third generation potter and member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. I love the rich dark color of this piece and the arrow head motif.
Signed "L. Bigmeat Maney, Cherokee, N.C." on bottom.
