This wonderful piece of art belongs to a late edition of the 19th century. Signed on the plate, after Rembrandt Good conditions. Superb etching through deft strokes, strong mastery in expression through an impression of virtuous old master's touch. Rembrandt known simply as Rembrandt (Leiden, 15 July 1606 - Amsterdam, 4 October 1669), was a Dutch painter and engraver.
