A classic icon of Scandinavian modern design! Designed in the 1950s for Stolfabriks AB in Sweden the Arka chair displays the perfect blend of mid century modernism and shaker style. Made of solid wood with a medium tone finish. Wood is possibly walnut but I'm not absolutely certain (please refer to the photos to decide for yourself). In excellent vintage condition with minor age-related wear. In original condition and has not been refinished. This chair is unmarked.
