A fine 18th Century American cherry desk on frame circa 1780, probably Massachusetts or New Hampshire. The case is fitted with four graduated drawers with brass pulls. The slant lid opens to an interior fitted with dividers over small drawers. The center drawer with a carved fan. The base has short cabriole legs and the frame is decorated with a convex floral carved rosette. Condition is very good.
