Vintage World War II original U.S. War Bond art in wood frame circa 1940s from Foleys of Houston, Texas.
Looks like an ad for a magazine, a newspaper, or a poster with a pair of scissors cutting through lace, a WWII soldier inside a heart above and “No Frills Here” below.
Signed lower right in pencil “Foley Bros”. In the early 1940s, Foleys advertising and personnel departments used their efforts for U.S War Bond drives and other wartime services.
