Early 20th Century Plate. Underglaze of brown and green as seen in outlines and green shown such as butterfly bodies. On top of which bright colors and gold are meticulously and finely hand painted. This plate has especially fine detail. Where the paint is applied there is raised textures appropriate to the brush strokes.
The make on the back is in red and of the type used in the early 20th century. The inclusion of the words “made in” date it after 1919
