This has heavy wear and patina all over, the seat has a large crack in it, wear to the wood on the treads, the spindles are a bit loose. This appears to be structurally sound despite these issues, although I think tightening it up a bit is a good idea. May be ideal for decoration or for a child. The underside of the seat has very old information painted on it. Height at back approximately 35.5", rocking treads about 25" deep. Seat is approximately 13" deep measured at the seam for the curved up portion of wood, seat is about 16.5" wide at widest point. See less
