George Huardel-Bly (b. 1872 in Orleans) was a French artist who was renown as a master of engraving. During his extensive travels in Europe, he created many highly detailed etchings and drypoints. Though little is known of his personal life, Huardel Bly was a prolific printmaker, particularly during the years spent in England, where his etchings, from humble villages to major city landmarks, were very popular and still very collectible today.
