About Sairey Gamp: In Charles Dicken's 1843 novel "Martin Chuzzlewit" Sairey Gamp is a gossiping, gin drinking midwife and nurse.
This fine example came from a private California estate, where the gentleman had collected nearly fifty English porcelain jugs, that span three decades, and now are available in our store on Chairish.
