A beautiful hand painted and glazed ceramic Gray Tabby Cat by the prestigious Ronzan Brothers. Maker's marks and "Made in Italy" stamped on underside. A soft palette of cool gray hues accented by darker gray stripes and a darling face makes this tabby irresistible! The lines and details of this figure were impeccably done by this modeller making it a very realistic cat.
Giovanni Ronzan founded the Ronzan factory along with his brothers in Italy in the 1940s after Giovanni left his job as chief painter and ceramic modeller at the Lenci factory.
