It is 14" across and 2" high.
There are 2 holes for hanging on a wall.
The painting is of an beautiful flower arrangement, which is the pride of Japanese art.
The Flowers are coral and peach with gold centers. The little flowers are white and red with yellow centers.
Green spike leaves and navy blue leaves on the flowers, peonies.
The arrangement went into a Bamboo Basket and set into a Navy Blue Wagon Wheels.

It has a Gold rim and a lot of Gold throughout.
