Lauren Wills Grover founded her Houston based interior design firm in 2014 in Brooklyn, NY. Always dynamic, Lauren prides herself in a keen sense for clients' wishes while encouraging a comfortably sophisticated aesthetic.

After graduating from Pratt Institute with a BFA in interior design, Lauren continued her career in New York City working for some of the industry's top designers such as: Penny Drue Baird and Jeffrey Bilhuber. Her experience took her to Ralph Lauren Home, followed by running her own design firm in Brooklyn for six years. After living in New York for sixteen years, Lauren recently moved back to Houston.

Lauren's projects have been featured in House Beautiful, Domino Magazine, Round Top Magazine, and Brownstoner. Wills Design Associates specializes in vacation homes and primary residences across North America. Current projects include a mountain home outside of Montreal, two Long Island residences, two New Jersey residences, and a store in Houston's River Oaks District.
