We recently built a custom home in Houston, TX. Initially we hired a design team to help us plan for the furniture so it would be move-in ready upon build completion. As with all plans, things changed and one of the rooms didn't turn out well. The furniture pieces are high end and brand new with custom fabrics, but the pieces just do not work in the room intended for. I have a few gorgeous designer brand items available that have never been used. All items were ordered and purchased between 2020-2021. I also have beautiful items from our last home.
