Handcrafted in Scotland
Each piece I create is guided by a simple philosophy: wood deserves a second life. Working with sustainably sourced tree trunks and solid wood from local landscapers and tree surgeons, I transform natural materials into one-of-a-kind furniture that celebrates character, history, and craftsmanship.
The practice began organically, when tree stumps originally destined for disposal were reimagined as handcrafted tables. What started as a personal project soon grew through word-of-mouth and bespoke commissions, including pieces made from trees with personal and sentimental significance to their owners.
Today, every piece is made entirely by hand, often retaining natural live edges and organic forms so that no two works are ever the same. These are not mass-produced items, but thoughtfully crafted furniture designed to be lived with and appreciated over time.
