    Welcome to Lower 48 Trading Company. An American Road Trip Shop also at Lower48TradingCo.com. A nostalgic artisan shop inspired by some of the best spots across America. You'll find my original work, along with unique vintage finds.

    After meeting working at the Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone National Park the summer of 1993, my husband and I still love a good road trip 30 years later. These travels inspire my original art, photography, and block print designs. I love a good vintage vibe and there is always a bit of nostalgia to each project.

    I hope my handmade gifts and art can bring a bit of these places into your homes as well. All photography and original paintings are by me, Nikki Degn, painting with oils, watercolors, and acrylic mediums. Handmade block print textiles and art prints start with my original drawings, which I carve into linocut blocks. Currently living in sunny Florida, creating in my home studio.
