Born and raised in New York City, Issa is a mixed-media artist who works in a variety of styles and mediums.

She has appeared in several articles and in reference books: The Artists BlueBook; 34,000 North American Artists, Who's Who in American Art, Catapult magazine, to name a few.

Her works are collected by celebrities, private patrons and corporations.
