Herman Schwartz was an artist from Philadelphia and my grandfather. He was an inspiration to me and apparently passed his artistic gene to some of his great-grandchildren. HS became a reality after the owner, Larry Cylinder spent his career in outside sales (while buying/selling antiques and collectibles part time) and decided it was time to make his passion a full time career.
