My practice includes large and small sale paintings, and works on paper. I move between spontaneous, stream-of-consciousnesses mark-making, and deliberate and controlled drawing and painting.
I create my artworks with a combination of drawing and painting on both paper and canvas, making marks and shapes with acrylic paint and ink, graphite, oil pastel, oil stick and spray paint. I was born in rural Minnesota and now live and work in Michigan.
My work has been exhibited extensively and is in numerous public and private collections including, Annapurna Pictures; Kimpton De Witt Hotel, Amsterdam, The Netherlands; Bank of Ann Arbor, Michigan; Ross School of Business, University of Michigan; Rosemont Hyatt Place Hotel, Chicago; and Netflix.
