Artbrokerdesign is based in The Netherlands and run by Joop Schot

During his many travels to the USA in the early 2000's he was fascinated by the way most American 20th C. dealers worked
Visiting gallery's like Joel Chen and Joshua (Rewire) in LA, Richard Wright in Chicago was like a revelation to a young starting dealer from Holland
The close connection (influencing) among post war designers from Europe and the USA intrigued him very much
An impressive collection of Dutch, Italian, French, Swiss, British, Scandinavian and American mid century modern design was build up in the years that followed
