Arden Waggoner Stephenson
Often asked ‘what is your style’. Arden Stephenson’s answer is always the same: ‘Its not about me’ however, her style is woven into the spaces she creates. Each space is a direct reflection of the client, their needs and most importantly their own lifestyle. With each and every project, Arden brings her talent, discerning eye and vast knowledge of architecture, art and the history of design to the table. Her ultimate goal is for every project is a seamless combination for the client, the architecture and the complete interior design process.
Arden’s design career encompasses three decades expertise, experience and education. Prior to the formation of ARDEN Interior Architecture & Design, she was co-owner of A II Design Studio, Inc. which she launched in 2001 with a fellow Cullman & Kravis associate. Arden was a Senior Design Associate for Cullman & Kravis for 6 years and has collaborated with the some of the best architects in the field.
Arden grew up in Texas where her roots run deep. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s College of Architecture with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture and a minor in Art History. She earned a Master’s degree in the History of Decorative Arts from Parsons School of Design/CooperHewitt Museum/Smithsonian Institute with extensive studies in both Paris and London. Arden is a Professional Member of American Society or Interior Designers (ASID) and is certified by National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ).
After living and working for twenty-four years in New York City, Arden has relocated to her native Texas.
