    Robbie's Chairish Boutique is just opening. My plans are to offer antique items, including antique buttons, my own paintings both figurative and abstract, as well as a selection of my own handmade jewelry. The full shop will open soon!

    ROBBIE NAMY'S BIO
    I grew up loving to draw and sketch. Art training at Cornell University was followed with a
    Master of Fine Arts from the George Washington University.

    My career as a graphic designer had a strong influence on my painting. Design is a dynamic play of color, shape, negative space, texture, and typography. These principles can be applied to any art form, including jewelry design and abstract art.

    My painting mentor, Robert H. White, “Bob”, was a member of the well-known Baltimore Realists’ Group. Bob taught me to interpret still life and to appreciate the interplay
    between light and dark in composition, which still influences my art today.
