Newly … Read more Circa 1970s; Vintage Chinoiserie, faux bamboo-style, pair of plaster lamps, with undulated bodies, in a quasi-pagoda shaped upper portion. Newly refinished in a high gloss white lacquer finish. There are essential added details; such as; x-mitered details to center of base surround, on each side, of each lamp, delineated bamboo edges on all corner facets to body and base surround of lamps, diagonal vented, raised relief to body structure, faux bamboo finials also look somewhat like a pagoda roof. with black felt base bottoms. Original wiring and in working condition, with clear cording, with brass sockets and harps, original to lamps. Shades not include, "ONLY," used to discern a shape, and size capability, with an overall finished effect, of these universally gorgeous lamps. They are a eclectic, yet transitional lamps for inclusion into any desired setting, from Nautical, Coastal, Chinoiserie, Hollywood Regency, Contemporary and relaxed interior settings.
