Executed … Read more Designed by Timo Sarpaneva for Iittala, this sculptural Orkidea (Orchid) vase exemplifies Sarpaneva’s modernist approach to form and material. Executed in clear glass, the vase features his signature organic aperture, a hallmark of the Orkidea series, creating depth and visual movement within its fluid silhouette. Some of the photos show it with a sprig of greenery.

This example is small in scale, measuring approximately 5 7/8" high × 2" diameter, making it well suited for shelf, desk, or cabinet display. The vase is signed to the base Timo Sarpaneva 3568 and is presented in wonderful vintage condition.
