A solid block … Read more Hand-carved by Italian artist Alfonso Bini, this beautiful ice bucket was made in Florence in the 1970’s. A solid block of wood was transformed into a lovely equestrian helmet, complete with front brim and ribbon tail. Inside is a removable plastic tub to hold ice. It’s a charming statement piece whether being used for a cocktail party or just displayed on a shelf.
The wood shows signs of wear, mostly scratches. There is a small chip on the tip of the ribbon tail, as shown in photo. See less
