For your consideration we are presenting for sale this beautiful Vintage impressionist abstract oil painting on stretcher canvas. The painting is signed lower left, HEYER. C,1960's. Features a beautiful winter Parisian street scene with people and amongst the architectural backdrop. It has been mounted in a beautiful wooden frame with a hanging wire attached to the reverse side.
