Rare Art Deco porcelain figurine of the 1920s. Young oriental woman sitting on a rock with her leg up, looking at herself in a hand mirror and adjusting her headgear. Sparing painting of the clothes in rose and yellow with gold highlights. The rock is entwined on the back by a tree with partially sculpted leaves and is based on an oval, grooved natural base with gold decoration. Manufactory: Selb / Bavaria / Rosenthal Germany Dating: manufactured circa 1923 Material and technique: porcelain / chinaware / painted / glossy finish.
