Produced 1963 by Artek, acquired new by previous owner. Designed by Alvar Aalto in 1932, Armchair 41 was created for the interior of a tuberculosis sanatorium in the Finnish city of Paimio and is considered one of Aalto’s masterpieces. No repairs or restoration. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
