Custom Bar Stools from the studio of Richard Mulligan, Los Angeles, their “Federal” design still in production features a black wash stained finish purposely distressed as is the style of this workshop. These seats swivel. Excellent condition with no use for 20+ years (carefully climate controlled storage). A wonderful set at a fraction of the price paid. Exceptional.
