Offering a remarkable vintage Japanese Porcelain ginger jar that was hand-painted in Hong Kong, China, circa Mid 20th Century. This amazing vintage jar is covered entirely of beautiful and colorful tobacco leaves and flowers. There is a pink peony on one side and one directly opposite on the other side. The peony is surrounded by gorgeous turquoise, light green, orange yellow and cobalt blue leaves, with metallic gold detailing on the dark blue leaves. This one is a real hard-to-find beauty!
The lid is also covered in colorful tobacco leaves. Signed on the bottom: Andrea, Decorated in Hong Kong. Most likely this porcelain ginger jar was made in Japan and then decorated in China and imported for Andrea Sadek during the 1960s- 1970s.
EXCELLENT CONDITION.........no flaws whatsoever.....just perfect! the new owner will be very happy about the condition of this item.
A great ginger jar that will certainly make a real statement in any decor. Perfectly suited for the trending Boho Chic Decor that loves to incorporate colorful floral accessories into its design motifs.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.
