Mid Century Spiegel with back lighting of Hillebrand after a design by Ernest IGL from the 1960s.
The mirror consists of two elements, the metal tub for wall mounting and as a reflector for the escaping light and the mirror area. The reflector tub is made of painted metal and is all around on the edge with a reduced decor. The pattern is punched out of the plate. The actual mirror surface is simply hung from the front. In this way, the lamps can be changed without any problems. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
