The woman is wearing golden high heels, having her legs crossed. Her arms are angled, clinging the upper body. Figurine is attached to so-said 'frog base' (= eight-sided & tiered base with reticulated surface at top) \. Please note that a broad platter is offered here, too - being part of this set. Design: dorothea charol (1889-1963) this model was designed in year 1925 when the russian sculptress worked on behalf of rosenthal manufactory. Dorothea charol was known due to her figurines as well as portrait busts. Hallmarked: selb-plössberg porcelain rosenthal green mark with two rose flowers and crown / underglazed / earlier mark type of 20th century (= before 1935) model number 206 a size: height 13.38 inches (= 34.0 cm) diameter of platter 12.00 inches (= 30.5 cm) bibliography: ann banduhn, rosenthal porcelain figurines, usa 2010, page 683, model number 206a excellent condition.
