Italian silver excellent serving platter vintage victorian period / made circa 1870 excellently made rectangular silver serving platter of finest … more Italian silver excellent serving platter vintage victorian period / made circa 1870 excellently made rectangular silver serving platter of finest quality. The platter's middle area as well as part of edge have smooth surface / frame of edge is decorated with finest ornaments: these are acanthus scrolls covering scalloped edged areas. Made circa 1870 silver 800 branded by italian mark of parma or piacenza, circa 1870: stylized lily flower / numbered 516 / additionally, inscription: 'sterling' is visible. Bibliography: jan divis, silberstempel aus aller welt, prague 1985, mark number 1445 on page 181. Measures: length: 35.0 cm 13.77 inches width: 24.0 cm 9.44 inches the platter's lip comes 3 cm ( = 1.18 inches) off table's plate. Silver weight: 780 grams 27.51 oz less

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Does not arrive

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home Delivery
- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.

- Chairish In-Home Delivery
