The size of this porcelain blanc de chine lamp will command a presence in any setting.
The reticulated hexagonal shaped body sits on a black cast metal base and is topped by a champagne colored silk shade ( included ). We took the metal base off for cleaning and discovered that the porcelain body was marked “made in Italy”.
The ginger jar porcelain lends itself to that “chinoiserie chic” Imagine what an updated shade might do! The table shown is listed here as well.
