Created in China during the Qing Dynasty in the 19th century, this yumu wood (also known as Northern elm) wine table features a rectangular top with beveled edges, sitting above an apron showcasing carved spandrels and humpback stretchers, accented with delicate carved scrolling foliage. The table is raised on four cylindrical splaying legs connected to one another through side stretchers of similar style, placed at varying heights depending on the side. The wine table has been newly and professionally relacquered and boasts a dark reddish brown color.
