Created in China during Qing Dynasty period in the 19th century, this stool would also be wonderful used as a side or drinks table. The piece features a woven rattan square top sitting above a waisted apron accented with delicate low-relief linear scroll motifs surrounding discreet flowers. The stool is raised on four straight legs with horse hoofed extremities, connected to one another through plain side stretchers.
