Created in China during the Qing Dynasty period in the 19th century, this elm wood stool features a square shaped top with woven rattan inset, sitting above a waisted apron. The stool is raised on four straight legs with horse hoof extremities, adorned with carved scrolling spandrels connected to one another through side stretchers.
