John Partridge (Scotland, 1790-1872) Official court painter to Queen Victoria. Very fine portrait of Flora Blanche Vincent (1829 -1914) at 3 years old (1832), daughter of Sir Francis Vincent 10th Baronet and MP of St Albans.
Oil painting on canvas in heavy, ornate original wood frame. Painting measures 40" x 30", frame measures 47" x 37" x 4". Very good condition, frame has some loss.
