PALM BEACH ESTATE FIND!! “Snow” Sidney Schatzky collagraph with intaglio, circa 70s 80s. Finely detailed limited edition print numbered 10/25. Monkeys, fish, birds, all sorts of animals represented. Reminds me of classic American tattoo style crossed with tribal, almost Balinese Batuan allegorical painting.
Schatzky’s work can be found in the Brooklyn Museum and, more recently, he has been working as a ceramicist. The artwork is printed on BK Rives paper and measures 21” x 27” overall. Will be shipped rolled in a tube. Please ask any and all questions prior to offer or purchase.
