Great shape, tight and sturdy. Light wear. There is some minor wear that blends in well with the factory distress look, some paint wear on the arm rest. There are also a few holes in the cane along the bottom and some light soiling to fabric. It is minor and does not affect the seating. Measurements ( l x w x h ) side chair 18 x 20.5 X 45.75.
