Each door has an oval plaque to the centre, with two short drawers below. Below this is the serpentine base with painted porcelain panels depicting exotic birds, and a single drawer. Standing on elegantly shaped legs with decorative ormulu mounts, the bonheur du jour is in good condition with minor wear commensurate with age and use.
