This is a rare Victorian era chamber candlestick from the Hartford Silverplate Co. made of quadruple silverplate. The Hartford Silverplate Co. was in business from 1822 to 1894.
This is an elaborate, ornate design featuring a scalloped dish, an embellished finger handle and a three-dimensional boy riding a fish sculpture in the center.
The candlestick is in good vintage condition, it has some oxidzation but no damage. The bottom of the candlestick is marked, "Hartford Silverplate Co. Quadruple Plate 2250."
