Crafted in France, circa 1870, and made of oak, the sculpted elements are decorated with exquisite carvings in high relief; one-door features a central medallion with a basket of fruit, foliage and floral motifs, the other panel has a central wheat decor embellished with leaves around. Both door panels are set inside a carved gilt frame from a later addition. The wall decorations are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich patinated walnut finish.
