While … moreInherited this painted dollhouse from my recently deceased father who befriended and worked for a collector in Sonoma, CA. While it is a beautiful piece and sentimental, I have others which I cherish (no pun intended) more. As you can see, I reached out to the artist, Eric Lansdown, who now lives in Gabian, France. Eric believes it should fetch anywhere from 3-5k as it is both a larger piece and and completely hand painted (other are a combination of sild screen detail over color washes - see his email). less
